This Privacy Policy describes how Keewee Apps ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Great Minds app available on the Apple App Store.
Information We Collect
Great Minds does not require you to create an account or provide any personal details. The app uses Google Firebase for online multiplayer. When you play online, a randomly generated anonymous ID is assigned to you automatically — no email, password, or personal information is needed. Your chosen display name and gameplay data (such as scores and results) are stored on Google's servers to enable real-time multiplayer. This data is tied to your anonymous ID only and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data to serve personalised or non-personalised ads, including:
- Device identifiers (e.g. Apple's Identifier for Advertisers, IDFA)
- General location data (derived from IP address)
- App interaction and usage data
This data is collected by Google in accordance with their own privacy policies. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
On iOS, AdMob will only use the IDFA for ad personalisation if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission when prompted. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
You may remove ads entirely through an in-app purchase.
Children's Privacy
Great Minds is rated 9+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app uses anonymous authentication only and does not request any personal details, no identifiable information about any user — including children — is collected.
Data Retention
Gameplay data stored in Firebase is retained indefinitely. Since this data is associated only with an anonymous ID and contains no personal information, it cannot be linked back to you. Data collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's retention policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
